The oil valve features an outlet hole strategically oriented perpendicular to the gas flow, creating a pressure differential. This results in the smooth expulsion of lubricating oil through the conveying pipe, forming a fine mist within the compressed gas pipeline. This mist is then delivered into the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring comprehensive lubrication of all moving parts.

Our oil injector offers unparalleled ease of adjustment. Simply pull the oil valve handle to regulate the oil flow effortlessly. For optimal performance, maintain an oil delivery rate of 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Monitor the drilling machine's exhaust for oil mist to confirm proper lubrication.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is crucial for enhancing machine longevity and performance. Avoid using grease, as it can obstruct machine holes, hinder gas flow, and impair gas leg lubrication. This could degrade efficiency and accelerate wear and tear on components.
