The intricate dance of high-speed internal components in a rock drill demands seamless lubrication-an essential aspect that our oil injector masterfully fulfills. Designed to automatically deliver precise lubrication, it harmonizes with the machinery's rhythm. Here's how: Pressure gas, entering from the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, pressurizes the oil surface within the shell's inner cavity (2). The oil valve's outlet hole (3) is ingeniously aligned perpendicular to the gas flow, creating a dynamic pressure differential that propels the lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4). As oil is released from the small hole (3) into the compressed gas pipeline, it forms a mist that entwines with the pressurized gas, efficiently lubricating the rock drill and gas leg's moving parts.

Our oil injector is ingeniously designed for effortless precision, enabling you to easily adjust the amount of lubrication. Simply pull the oil valve handle and calibrate the oil flow to achieve the optimal lubrication level. An ideal volume is 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Just observe the drilling machine's exhaust for a faint oil mist-an unmistakable sign of perfect lubrication.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is crucial for maintaining peak performance and extending the service life of machinery. Avoid using grease lubrication, as it may lead to obstructions in the machine, disrupt gas flow, impair gas leg lubrication, diminish efficiency, and accelerate wear on parts.
