When in operation, pressure gas is channeled into the shell's inner cavity (2) via the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, exerting optimal pressure on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) is strategically aligned perpendicular to the gas flow, creating a vital pressure differential essential for the discharge of lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4). This high-speed flow transforms the oil into a fine mist, which then enters the compressed gas pipeline, ensuring comprehensive lubrication of all moving parts within the rock drill and gas leg.Effortlessly adjust the oil output with our user-friendly injector design—simply pull the oil valve handle to control flow. Optimal lubrication is achieved with a discharge rate of approximately 2.5 to 3 ml per minute, ensuring proper oil mist visibility in the exhaust for normal lubrication.
