The Effective Oil Injector Tool seamlessly meets this need by delivering automatic oil injection, crucial for comprehensive machine lubrication. When the machine is operational, pressure gas is directed into the inner cavity of the shell (2) from the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, exerting pressure on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) on the valve is ingeniously positioned perpendicular to the pressure gas flow. This strategic alignment creates a pressure difference at the oil outlet (3), prompting the lubricating oil to discharge through the conveying pipe (4). The oil, once propelled through the small hole (3), is adeptly sprayed into the compressed gas pipeline. This process not only forms a lubricating mist but also ensures that the compressed gas enters the rock drill and gas leg, thereby providing superior lubrication to all moving parts.
The oil injector's user-friendly design allows for easy adjustment: simply pull the oil valve handle to control the oil amount precisely. For optimal lubrication, ensure the oil output is 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Check for the presence of oil mist in the drilling machine's exhaust to confirm the appropriate lubrication level.

Proper lubrication is essential for sustaining performance and extending the service life of your equipment. Avoid using grease lubrication as it risks clogging the machine holes, impeding gas flow, leading to inadequate lubrication of the head and gas leg, which can compromise machine efficiency and accelerate wear on parts.
