How it works:
The intricate and high-speed movements of the rock drill's internal components demand consistent and effective lubrication. Enter the oil injector, designed to deliver automatic oil injection, perfectly aligning with the lubrication needs of the machinery. As the machine operates, pressurized gas enters the shell's inner cavity (2) via the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, exerting pressure upon the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) on the oil valve is strategically positioned perpendicular to the flow of the pressurized gas. This, in turn, creates a pressure differential at the oil outlet (3), prompting the discharge of lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4). The oil then sprays into the compressed gas pipeline via the outlet hole (3), generating a fine mist. This mist, along with compressed gas, penetrates the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring optimal lubrication of all moving parts.

The oil injector offers easy adjustment for precise oil levels. Simply pull the oil valve handle to control the injector's oil quantity. An ideal flow is between 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Monitoring the drilling machine's exhaust reveals an oil mist, indicating sufficient lubrication and ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is crucial for maintaining peak performance and extending the service life of your equipment. Avoid using grease lubrication as it can obstruct the machine holes, block gas flow, impair the gas leg lubrication, decrease efficiency, and increase component wear.
