When activated, pressurized gas enters the shell's inner cavity from the oil valve's windward hole, applying pressure on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole, strategically positioned perpendicular to the gas flow, creates an effective pressure difference. This unique mechanism ensures the lubricating oil smoothly exits through the conveyance pipe, forming a fine mist as it enters the compressed gas pipeline. This mist is then introduced into the rock drill and gas leg, impeccably lubricating all moving parts for enhanced efficiency.

Our oil injector is designed for simplicity and precision. Adjusting the oil quantity is effortless; simply pull the oil valve handle to control the injection volume. For optimal performance, maintain an oil volume of approximately 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Monitoring the drilling machine's exhaust for an oil mist ensures correct lubrication levels, contributing to the equipment's longevity and reliable operation.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is vital to sustaining performance and extending service life. Avoid using grease lubrication to prevent blockages that could obstruct the machine hole and impede gas flow. Inadequate gas flow reduces the gas leg's lubrication efficiency, decreasing machine performance and accelerating wear on components.
