As the machine operates, pressurized gas channels into the shell's inner chamber (2) from the oil valve's windward hole (1), applying pressure on the oil surface. The oil outlet (3) aligns perpendicularly to the gas flow, creating a pressure differential. This dynamic forces the lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4), spraying it from the oil hole (3) into the compressed gas line, forming a mist. This mist travels into the rock drill and gas leg, providing comprehensive lubrication to all moving parts.Our user-friendly oil injector allows easy adjustment of oil quantity with a simple pull of the valve handle. The optimal discharge is 2.5 ~ 3 ml per minute. Proper lubrication is indicated by observing an oil mist in the drilling machine's exhaust, confirming the lubrication is at the ideal level for optimal performance.
