This advanced series of oil injectors is engineered to simultaneously lubricate up to three rock drills, maximizing productivity and uptime., The oil injector operates with precision to achieve automatic oil injection, perfectly aligning with machine lubrication requirements. As the machine functions, pressurized gas enters the inner chamber of the shell (2) from the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, exerting pressure on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) is strategically positioned perpendicular to the gas flow, creating a pressure difference at the outlet (3), resulting in the efficient discharge of lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4). This ingenious process allows the oil to be atomized into the compressed gas pipeline, creating a fine mist that seamlessly enters the rock drill and gas leg, thus ensuring thorough lubrication of all moving parts.The oil injector offers user-friendly adjustment of oil volume: simply pull the oil valve handle to control the flow. For optimal performance, maintain an oil output of 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Observing oil mist in the drill machine exhaust indicates adequate lubrication.
