Our advanced series of oil injectors is ingeniously designed to simultaneously lubricate three rock drills, showcasing efficiency and innovation., The oil injector system is a marvel of automation, seamlessly realizing automatic oil injection and meeting stringent machine lubrication requirements. As the machine operates, pressure gas enters the inner cavity of the shell (2) through the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, applying pressure on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) is ingeniously positioned perpendicular to the pressure gas flow. This strategic design creates a pressure difference at the oil outlet (3) during high-speed gas flow, prompting the lubricating oil to be efficiently discharged from the conveying pipe (4). As the oil exits through the small hole (3), it is sprayed into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a mist. This fine mist, carried by the compressed gas, enters the rock drill and gas leg, expertly lubricating various moving parts.The oil injector allows for effortless adjustment of oil quantity by simply pulling the oil valve handle. This intuitive design ensures the precise control of oil output. An optimal volume of 2.5 to 3 ml per minute is recommended. Observing the oil mist in the drilling machine's exhaust is a clear indication of proper lubrication, ensuring the machine runs smoothly and efficiently.

Proper lubrication is crucial for maintaining performance and extending service life. Avoid using grease lubrication as it can block machine holes, disrupt gas flow, result in poor gas leg lubrication, reduce machine efficiency, and accelerate wear on parts.
