Upon activation, pressurized gas enters the inner cavity from the windward hole, applying pressure on the oil surface. This pressure differential at the oil outlet propels lubricating oil through the conveyance pipe, sprays it into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a mist. This mist then permeates into the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring comprehensive lubrication of all moving parts.Our oil injector boasts an easy adjustment feature. Simply manipulate the oil valve handle to control the lubricant flow. For optimal lubrication, maintain an oil volume of 2.5~3 ml per minute. A visible oil mist in the drill's exhaust indicates proper lubrication levels.
