Pavement Breaker - Your Premier Choice for Crushing Concrete
The RB777 pneumatic crusher, driven by compressed air, is masterfully engineered for superior performance. The valve skillfully alternates the distribution of compressed air to both cylinder ends, enabling the hammer head to move reciprocally, striking the steel shank and chisel into concrete with precision. This robust, high-performance tool is user-friendly and a classic favorite among crushing tools. Its output power exceeds that of comparable products, effectively crushing a broad spectrum of hard materials. Precision-engineered parts ensure an extended service life, while the product's weight efficiently counters 80% of the rebound force, allowing for comfortable and sustained operation.
Precautions:
1. Lubricate the air pick generously with oil before each use for optimal performance.
2. Maintain at least three spare air picks in your toolkit, ensuring no single air pick is used for more than 2.5 hours continuously.
3. During operation, hold the handle firmly and push the pick in the chisel's direction to ensure solid contact with the socket.
4. Verify that the trachea is clean internally and securely connected at all joints.
5. Avoid inserting picks and drills fully into the broken material to prevent air strikes.
6. If the pickaxe becomes lodged in a titanium lump, refrain from shaking it vigorously to avoid damage.
7. Choose picks and drills based on the titanium lump's hardness. For harder lumps, opt for shorter picks and drills. Monitor the shank's temperature to prevent sticking.
8. Address burrs immediately and avoid using them for drilling tasks.
9. Strictly avoid air strikes for safety and tool longevity.
