Pavement Breaker - Your Premier Option for Crushing Concrete
The RB777 pneumatic crusher, driven by the force of compressed air, is crafted for superior performance. The sophisticated valve system alternates the distribution of compressed air to both ends of the cylinder, allowing the hammer head to move reciprocally and strike the steel shank and chisel into the concrete. This robust, high-efficiency tool is straightforward to operate and remains a classic choice in demolition tools. Its output power exceeds that of competing products, enabling it to crush an extensive range of hardness materials. Precision-engineered parts ensure a prolonged lifespan, while the tool's weight effectively mitigates 80% of the rebound force, ensuring ease of use and comfort for the operator.
Precautions:
1. Ensure the air pick is lubricated with oil prior to use to maintain optimal performance.
2. Always keep at least three spare air picks available, and make sure no single air pick operates for more than 2.5 hours continuously.
3. During use, maintain a firm grip on the handle and press the pick in the direction of the chisel to ensure a strong and secure connection with the socket.
4. Verify that the trachea is clean internally and securely connected at all joints to prevent operational issues.
5. Avoid fully inserting picks and drills into broken materials to prevent unintended air strikes.
6. Should the pickaxe become lodged in a titanium lump, refrain from shaking it violently to prevent potential damage.
7. Choose picks and drills based on the hardness of the titanium lump. As the hardness increases, the shorter the picks and drills should be. Monitor the shank for excess heating to avoid the pick and drill becoming stuck.
8. Promptly address any burrs and avoid utilizing them for drilling operations to ensure safety.
9. Adhere strictly to guidelines to prevent air strikes and ensure safe operation.
