How it works:
Our oil injector is ingeniously designed to ensure impeccable lubrication for the high-speed internal movements of your rock drill. This sophisticated device automates oil delivery to meet your machine's lubrication demands. As the machine operates, pressurized gas enters the injector's core through the windward hole (1), applying pressure to the oil's surface within the shell (2). The oil outlet (3), positioned perpendicularly to the gas flow, creates a pressure differential due to the high-speed gas, enabling the smooth discharge of lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4). This finely atomized oil mist is then seamlessly introduced into the compressed gas line, effectively lubricating the rock drill and all moving components, including the gas leg, ensuring smooth, efficient operation.
Our oil injector offers effortless adjustability — simply handle the oil valve to modulate the oil volume to your preference. Maintaining an optimal flow of 2.5 to 3 ml per minute is recommended. You can easily verify the appropriate lubrication level by observing the presence of oil mist in the drilling machine's exhaust.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is crucial for sustained performance and prolonging service life. Avoid using grease lubrication as it may clog machine passages, obstruct gas flow, hinder lubrication of the head and gas leg, decrease machine efficiency, and accelerate wear and tear on parts.
Frequently asked questions
Price advantage
As a seamless blend of industry and commerce, we deliver unbeatable factory-direct pricing straight to you!
How long will it take to deliver?
As manufacturers, we initiate production immediately upon order confirmation. Stock items are dispatched within 15 days, whereas delivery for larger quantities may take up to 30 days.
What terms of payment do you accept?
Our standard payment methods include T/T or D/P. For T/T transactions, a 30% deposit is required upfront, followed by the remaining 70% payment prior to shipment.
How long are your prices valid?
Our prices remain generally stable throughout the year, reflective of our factory's reputable nature. Adjustments are made only in response to changes in the U.S. dollar exchange rate or increases in labor and raw material costs, prompting necessary price revisions by the manufacturer.
What logistics can you use for transportation?
We employ three primary freight transport modes (1) A notable 80% of our shipments travel by sea to major continents such as Africa, South America, and the Middle East. (2) For landlocked neighboring countries, deliveries are made via road or rail.(3) For urgent, lightweight spare parts, we offer the convenience of air transportation.
