As the machinery engages, pressurized gas enters the shell's inner cavity (2) via the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, applying pressure to the oil surface. This setup ensures that, during high-speed gas flow, a distinct pressure difference emerges at the oil outlet hole (3), facilitating the controlled release of lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4). The oil exits through the small hole (3) and is atomized into the compressed gas line, creating a lubricating mist that integrates with the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring all moving parts are thoroughly lubricated.Our oil injector's design allows for straightforward adjustment of oil dispersal; simply manipulate the oil valve handle to tailor the oil output. For optimal performance, a flow rate of 2.5 to 3 ml per minute is recommended. Observing a mist in the drilling machine exhaust serves as confirmation of appropriate lubrication levels.
