As the machine operates, pressurized gas enters the shell's inner cavity from the oil valve's windward hole, exerting pressure on the oil's surface. The oil valve's outlet hole is positioned perpendicular to the gas flow, creating a pressure differential that propels the lubricating oil through the conveying pipe. The oil is sprayed into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a fine mist that integrates with the gas, effectively lubricating various moving parts of the rock drill and the gas leg.The oil injector's user-friendly design allows easy adjustment of the oil output. By simply pulling the oil valve handle, you can regulate the oil injector’s discharge. A recommended volume of 2.5 to 3 ml per minute is ideal; observing an oil mist in the drilling machine’s exhaust indicates optimal lubrication levels.
Caution:
Proper lubrication significantly influences performance and longevity. Avoid using grease as it may block machine holes, impede gas flow, and compromise lubrication, reducing efficiency and accelerating wear.
