As the machine powers up, pressure gas enters the shell's inner cavity via the windward hole, applying force to the oil surface. The oil outlet, strategically positioned perpendicular to the gas flow, creates a pressure difference, allowing the lubricating oil to be effectively discharged through the conveying pipe. The process forms a fine mist as the oil enters the compressed gas pipeline, ensuring all components of the rock drill and gas leg are thoroughly lubricated, thereby enhancing performance and durability.
Easily adjustable and intuitively designed, the oil injector simplifies the regulation of oil amounts. By effortlessly pulling the oil valve handle, you can precisely control lubrication levels. The ideal discharge rate is between 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Keep an eye on the drilling machine's exhaust for an oil mist – this indicates optimal lubrication levels for smooth operation.

Proper lubrication is crucial for maintaining peak performance and extending the service life of your machinery. Avoid using grease lubricants to prevent potential blockages that can disrupt gas flow, impair head and gas leg lubrication, lower machine efficiency, and accelerate wear and tear on parts.
