4. Always employ water-assisted drilling techniques to avert dry drilling scenarios. Initiate the process with water flow, then introduce air; reverse this sequence upon stopping. Begin drilling at a low speed, transitioning to full speed only after achieving a suitable depth.
5. It is imperative that operators abstain from wearing gloves during the operation of the drill.
6. Maintain vigilance over your posture and positioning when utilizing the air leg. Refrain from applying body pressure and avoid positioning yourself directly in front of the drill to reduce the risk of injury from broken brazing rods.
7. Should any irregular noises or unusual water discharge occur, immediately cease operation to inspect and rectify the issue before resuming work.
8. When retracting the rock drill or substituting the brazing rod, proceed with caution, operating the drill slowly while remaining conscious of the brazing rod's positioning.
