YT28 Pneumatic Air Leg Rock Drills - Essential Preparations Before Use
1. Conduct a thorough inspection of each component's integrity and rotation, including the rock drill, its bracket, or the rock drill cart. Ensure all necessary lubricants are applied, airflow and water pathways are unobstructed, and connections are securely fastened for optimal performance.
2. Prioritize safety by meticulously examining the roof near the working area for any live or loose rocks. Execute necessary stabilizing actions to create a secure environment.
3. Pre-emptively level the working surface where the shell hole will be positioned to prevent any slippage or displacement of the shell hole, ensuring precision and safety.
4. Adhere strictly to wet rock drilling procedures: avoid drilling dry holes at all costs. Initiate with water, followed by activating wind when starting, and reverse the sequence when halting by stopping wind first, then water. Begin at a reduced speed, gradually accelerating to full speed once a suitable depth is achieved for maximum efficiency.
5. For safety reasons, drillers must refrain from wearing gloves during operation to minimize risks and ensure a safe working condition.
6. While utilizing the air leg for drilling, maintain proper stance and positioning. Do not apply pressure using your body, and avoid standing directly in front of the rock drill to prevent possible injury from broken brazing.
7. Should any abnormal sounds or water discharges occur while rock drilling, immediately cease operations for a detailed inspection. Diagnose the problem and resolve it before proceeding to ensure uninterrupted and safe drilling.
8. When retracting the rock drill or replacing the brazing rod, ensure the rock drill is operated slowly while attentively monitoring the brazing rod's location to prevent accidents and maintain control.
Price Advantage
As an integrated industrial and trade enterprise, we proudly offer unbeatable factory-direct pricing!
How Long Will It Take to Deliver?
Being the manufacturer, we spring into action as soon as your order is confirmed. For in-stock items, anticipate delivery within a swift 15 days; for larger orders, delivery timelines may extend up to 30 days.
What Terms of Payment Do You Accept?
We customarily accept T/T or D/P payments. For T/T, a 30% upfront deposit is necessary, with the remaining 70% payable before shipment.
How Long Are Your Prices Valid?
Our status as a reputable factory ensures that prices remain generally stable throughout the year. Adjustments are rare and occur only due to: (1) Fluctuations in the U.S. dollar exchange rate; (2) Increased labor or raw material costs necessitating manufacturer price changes.
What Logistics Can You Use for Transportation?
There are Three Main Modes of Freight Transport (1) A staggering 80% of shipments voyage by sea to major continents such as Africa, South America, and the Middle East. (2) Landlocked neighboring countries benefit from road or rail deliveries.(3) For urgent light spare parts, we offer swift air transportation.
