Precautions:
1. Always lubricate the air pick with oil before commencing use to ensure optimal performance.
2. Maintain at least 3 spare air picks on hand; limit each pick's continuous operation to a maximum of 2.5 hours for longevity.
3. During use, hold the handle firmly and apply pressure in the chisel's direction to secure the pick firmly against the socket.
4. Select a clean, uncontaminated air hose, and ensure the connection joint is tightly secured.
5. Avoid fully inserting picks and drills into shattered objects to prevent unintended air strikes.
6. If the pickaxe becomes lodged in a titanium lump, refrain from forceful shaking to avert damage.
7. Choose picks and drills tailored to the hardness of the titanium lump. For tougher lumps, opt for shorter picks and drills and monitor the shank temperature to prevent sticking.
8. Address burrs immediately - never use burrs for drilling.
9. Air strikes are strictly forbidden.
