Pavement Breaker - The Premier Choice for Concrete Crushing
The RB777 pneumatic crusher, driven by compressed air, epitomizes engineering excellence. The valve systematically alternates compressed air distribution to both ends of the cylinder, causing the hammer head to move reciprocally and drive the steel shank and chisel into concrete. This robust, high-performance tool is easy to operate and remains a perennial favorite among demolition tools. Its power output eclipses similar products, capable of crushing a broad spectrum of hard materials. Precision-engineered parts ensure extended longevity of spare components. The tool's weight efficiently absorbs 80% of the rebound force, ensuring user comfort during operation.
Precautions:
1. Always lubricate the air pick with oil prior to use for optimal performance.
2. Keep at least three spare air picks on hand, ensuring no single air pick is used continuously for more than 2.5 hours.
3. During use, maintain a firm grip on the handle and direct the pick toward the chisel to maintain strong socket contact.
4. Make sure the air hose is clean internally and securely connected at all joints.
5. Avoid fully embedding picks and drills into broken objects to prevent inadvertent air strikes.
6. If a pickaxe becomes entrenched in a titanium lump, refrain from shaking it vigorously to avoid damage.
7. Choose picks and drills based on the hardness of the titanium lump; harder lumps require shorter picks and drills. Monitor the shank’s heat to prevent the tool from becoming stuck.
8. Address burrs promptly and avoid using burred tools for drilling.
9. Air strikes should be strictly avoided to prevent damage and ensure safety.
