How it works:
The intricate high-speed movements within rock drills necessitate a consistently applied lubricant for seamless operation. Our advanced oil injector automatically administers oil to satisfy critical lubrication needs. As the equipment operates, pressurized gas enters the shell's inner cavity via the oil valve's windward hole, pressurizing the oil surface. The perpendicular oil outlet hole aligns against the pressurized gas, creating a pressure differential that propels the lubricating oil through the conveyance pipe. This strategic action ensures the oil is finely misted into the compressed gas pipeline, efficiently lubricating the moving components of the rock drill and gas leg.
Our oil injector offers effortless adjustment of oil volume; simply pull the oil valve handle to control the flow. An optimal dose is about 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. To ensure proper lubrication, observe that the drill's exhaust emits an oil mist, indicating the system is running smoothly.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is crucial for sustained performance and longevity of equipment. Avoid using grease lubrication to prevent the blockage of machine holes and gas pathways, which can impair gas flow. This can lead to insufficient lubrication of the head and gas leg, reducing machine efficiency and accelerating wear and tear.
Frequently asked questions
Price Advantage
Enjoy the benefits of factory-direct pricing! As an integrated industrial and trade enterprise, we bring you unparalleled cost savings.
How long will it take to deliver?
As the manufacturer, we expedite production right after order confirmation. If items are available in stock, expect swift delivery within 15 days. For larger orders, delivery timelines may extend up to 30 days.
What terms of payment do you accept?
We generally accept T/T or D/P payments. For T/T, a 30% deposit is required initially, with the balance of 70% settled prior to shipment.
How long are your prices valid?
Our pricing remains stable throughout the year, reflecting our reputation as a trusted manufacturer. Adjustments are rare and occur only due to: (1) U.S. dollar exchange rate fluctuations; (2) Increases in labor or raw material costs necessitating price revisions.
What logistics can you use for transportation?
We offer three primary freight transportation options: (1) Sea freight covers 80% of shipments, delivering to major continents like Africa, South America, and the Middle East. (2) Road or rail transport is used for landlocked neighboring countries.(3) For urgent delivery of light spare parts, air transportation is available.
