Our advanced oil injector automatically administers oil to satisfy critical lubrication needs. As the equipment operates, pressurized gas enters the shell's inner cavity via the oil valve's windward hole, pressurizing the oil surface. The perpendicular oil outlet hole aligns against the pressurized gas, creating a pressure differential that propels the lubricating oil through the conveyance pipe. This strategic action ensures the oil is finely misted into the compressed gas pipeline, efficiently lubricating the moving components of the rock drill and gas leg.

Our oil injector offers effortless adjustment of oil volume; simply pull the oil valve handle to control the flow. An optimal dose is about 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. To ensure proper lubrication, observe that the drill's exhaust emits an oil mist, indicating the system is running smoothly.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is crucial for sustained performance and longevity of equipment. Avoid using grease lubrication to prevent the blockage of machine holes and gas pathways, which can impair gas flow. This can lead to insufficient lubrication of the head and gas leg, reducing machine efficiency and accelerating wear and tear.
