As the machine operates, pressurized gas enters the shell's inner cavity via the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, applying pressure to the oil's surface. The oil outlet hole (3), positioned perpendicular to the gas flow, creates a pressure differential at high speeds, causing lubricating oil to discharge through the conveying pipe (4). The oil exits through the small hole (3), is atomized into a mist in the compressed gas pipeline, and is delivered to the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring thorough lubrication of moving components.Our oil injector is user-friendly, allowing for easy adjustment of oil quantity. Simply pull the oil valve handle to control the injector's output. The optimal flow rate is 2.5 ~ 3 ml per minute. Observing an oil mist in the drilling machine's exhaust indicates proper lubrication levels.
