How it works:
To ensure seamless and efficient operation, the internal components of a rock drill require consistent lubrication. Our cutting-edge oil injector effortlessly automates this process, delivering optimal lubrication to meet all machinery needs. As the machine functions, pressurized gas flows from the oil valve's windward hole (1) into the shell's inner cavity (2), applying pressure on the oil surface. This design allows the oil outlet hole (3) to be perpendicular to the gas flow. Consequently, the high-speed gas flow generates a pressure difference at the oil outlet (3), enabling the lubricating oil to travel through the conveying pipe (4). The finely misted oil then enters the compressed gas pipeline, flowing into the rock drill and gas leg to lubricate various components with ease.

Our innovative oil injector allows you to precisely adjust the oil volume by simply pulling the oil valve handle, ensuring optimal lubrication. Ideally, a flow of 2.5 to 3 ml per minute is recommended. You can visually confirm the proper lubrication by observing the oil mist in the drill machine's exhaust, indicating a perfect balance.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is pivotal for enhancing performance and extending the lifespan of machinery. It is strongly advised against using grease, as it can obstruct machine holes, disrupt gas flow, and impair lubrication of the head and gas leg. This not only diminishes machine efficiency but also accelerates component wear and tear.
