4. Commit to using water during all drilling operations to prevent dry drilling. Initiate the process with water followed by wind, and reverse this order when ceasing operations. Start at a low speed, transitioning to full speed only once sufficient depth is reached for optimal drilling results.
5. Operators must refrain from wearing gloves while drilling to maintain full control and prevent accidents.
6. Maintain perfect posture and prudent positioning when utilizing the air leg. Avoid applying body pressure and standing directly in front of the rock drill, which could lead to injuries from broken brazing rods.
7. Stay vigilant for any abnormal sounds or unexpected water discharge. Halt operations immediately, inspect thoroughly, and resolve any issues before safely resuming operation.
8. Exercise caution when withdrawing the rock drill or replacing the brazing rod. Operate the drill at a slow pace, remaining acutely aware of the brazing rod's position to ensure user safety.
